What I thought would be a complicated process was made very straightforward by Phil and his team. Dealing with the buyer's legal team who were based in Canada was a challenge due to time difference at critical parts of the process; Phil was always available even after his office had closed. From start to finish on all three properties, the compliance teams were fantastic. One was the sale of my Dads house who had sadly passed and Nicola was so good and compassionate. Special mention must go to Lynn and Julie, paralegals who were outstanding. I would recommend Richard Reed 100%.

I’ve never come across such competent and professional solicitors when it comes to conveyancing. I dealt mostly with Lynn Liddle throughout the process and she was absolutely fantastic, always helpful, responsive and kept everything moving smoothly. My named solicitor was Steven Douglas. As a repeat customer, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I’ve been extremely impressed with the service and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my future conveyancing needs. Highly recommended!
Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. 100% avoid. They were meant to register our house as a joint purchase and they done it in only 1 name. Their staff are ignorant and incompetent and don’t keep you informed, don’t return calls or reply to emails. Avoid !!!
Full professional service in a relaxed atmosphere, explaining the legal and process in underderstandable language.
Great choice for a house purchase. My side was completed in a very efficient manner, responses always within 24 hours and provides explanations when requested. While reasonably priced, you do get what you pay for and I would recommend Richard Reed above any high street offering.
With a tight deadline, Hannah and her team did an amazing job to get my remortgage on time.
