What I thought would be a complicated process was made very straightforward by Phil and his team. Dealing with the buyer's legal team who were based in Canada was a challenge due to time difference at critical parts of the process; Phil was always available even after his office had closed. Contacted this firm for advice regarding a possible dispute with a tenant. We were given an appointment within days and met with Alex who explained the procedures in a friendly professional manner. I was offered a settlement agreement from my employer, contacted Richard Reed after another solicitor cancelled appointment last minute. I was given an appointment straight away with Kat Moody. Kat explained everything perfectly and supported with everything including making amendments to the agreement. Kat dealt directly with employer and got everything complete within 24 hours.
