What I thought would be a complicated process was made very straightforward by Phil and his team. Dealing with the buyer's legal team who were based in Canada was a challenge due to time difference at critical parts of the process; Phil was always available even after his office had closed. Great choice for a house purchase. My side was completed in a very efficient manner, responses always within 24 hours and provides explanations when requested. While reasonably priced, you do get what you pay for and I would recommend Richard Reed above any high street offering.
