I’ve never come across such competent and professional solicitors when it comes to conveyancing. I dealt mostly with Lynn Liddle throughout the process and she was absolutely fantastic, always helpful, responsive and kept everything moving smoothly. My named solicitor was Steven Douglas. Great choice for a house purchase. My side was completed in a very efficient manner, responses always within 24 hours and provides explanations when requested. While reasonably priced, you do get what you pay for and I would recommend Richard Reed above any high street offering.
