On entering the Richard Reed offices the reception staff were welcoming,giving a good first impression. Helena ( the solicitor) came across as very professional. At the first meeting she put us at ease and updated our wills in line with our requests. I have already recommended Richard Reeds to my family, as a result of our experience.
