Both the reception team and the solicitor handled my query professionally on the phone and in person. My existing will needed amending and this was carried out professionally and quickly with communication lines kept open throughout. On entering the Richard Reed offices the reception staff were welcoming,giving a good first impression. Helena ( the solicitor) came across as very professional. At the first meeting she put us at ease and updated our wills in line with our requests. I have already recommended Richard Reeds to my family, as a result of our experience.

I had an excellent experience at Richard Reed redoing my will. The young woman solicitor dealing with it was kind, knowledgable and helpful. However there is no parking close to their new address for elderly people, so I found that problematic.
