I had an excellent experience at Richard Reed redoing my will. The young woman solicitor dealing with it was kind, knowledgable and helpful. However there is no parking close to their new address for elderly people, so I found that problematic.

Both the reception team and the solicitor handled my query professionally on the phone and in person. My existing will needed amending and this was carried out professionally and quickly with communication lines kept open throughout. I was offered a settlement agreement from my employer, contacted Richard Reed after another solicitor cancelled appointment last minute. I was given an appointment straight away with Kat Moody. Kat explained everything perfectly and supported with everything including making amendments to the agreement. Kat dealt directly with employer and got everything complete within 24 hours.
