Excellent service throughout our house sale, which involved a lengthy five-property chain. Communication was fantastic always quick to respond, whether by phone or email, and I never had to chase for updates. The team were friendly and approachable, while also being extremely informative and professional. Even when things got stressful, they stayed calm and reassuring, which made a real difference to the whole process. Would highly recommend.

We hired Phoebe Tracey for our purchase of a property and it’s been 8 months she is so late she don’t reply emails nor attend calls. Because of her our first mortgage expired and we had to do second one paid more funds for mortgage. And still she is doing nothing.
