We were very happy with our recent experience of Glover Priest, specifically Chloe Spencer and Jordan Whyley. This was for the conveyancing of the Sale of a Leasehold apartment. We specifically requested Chloe and Jordan as they had acted for us on 2 previous occasions. Given the extra complications of a Leasehold property we were very pleased with how the transaction and process was managed, completing in approximately 3 months. Currently starting the legal process of buying and selling and was comparing quotes, spoke to a lady from GloverPriest called Amy. She was very helpful and even offered to look at quotes which I had received from different companies to find out if there was any hidden costs they hadn’t outlined which I took her up on. She was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed, on this basis I chose to go with GloverPriest. Have used them previously and they were very good!

Hayley was very friendly when I met with her to talk about my dad's estate. She remembered my dad even though it had been years I think since she met with him. She sat and talked with me about my dad, remembering things he had said and listened to me talk about him. She was so professional but also really kind and I liked her straight away. After the initial meeting, the rest of my contact with Glover Priest was via email and phone. I mainly dealt with Hayley or Elaine. Both ladies always responded promptly and didn't mind when I got anxious about stuff and were always available if I needed anything. It meant so, so much to me that Hayley remembered my dad and I'm really grateful to her. It felt like the final link to my dad somehow. I would recommend Glover Priest to anyone. Thank you Hayley for all you did.
