reason for two stars for GloverPriest Solicitors is poor communication ! and the whole process took way to long .It wasnt until Chloe Trueman took over did things move fast and communication was perfect ! at the very beginning of this whole process i should have been given a complete list of everything i needed to provide .and not asked for towards the end ! i had a 3 week period where i sent emails asking for updates and i got no reply ! if im paying for a service its not my problem if your company has staff issues ! its very unprofessional to keep your customers in the dark about what is going on . A massive thank you to Chloe Trueman you have been fist class !

Having struggled to find a Solicitors to trust with our conveyancing I stumbled across Glover Priest. They had positive reviews and we went ahead. We used Glover Priest for a recent house purchase. We dealt mainly with Andrew and Trina. Andrew and the team were quick to spot some issues with incomplete planning permission and ensured that this was completely resolved before completion and we were protected from a significant risk. This took some notable patience and diplomacy with the sellers solicitors who often proved to be uncommunicative and stubborn. We'd like to thank Andrew and the team for sticking with what turned out to be a unnecessarily long process. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

A huge thank you to Chloe Spencer and Jordan Whyley for supporting me with my house purchase. Their communication has been outstanding from day one. Hayley was very friendly when I met with her to talk about my dad's estate. She remembered my dad even though it had been years I think since she met with him. She sat and talked with me about my dad, remembering things he had said and listened to me talk about him. She was so professional but also really kind and I liked her straight away. After the initial meeting, the rest of my contact with Glover Priest was via email and phone. I mainly dealt with Hayley or Elaine. Both ladies always responded promptly and didn't mind when I got anxious about stuff and were always available if I needed anything. It meant so, so much to me that Hayley remembered my dad and I'm really grateful to her. It felt like the final link to my dad somehow. I would recommend Glover Priest to anyone. Thank you Hayley for all you did.

I would highly recommend this team! I received excellent support throughout my Transfer of Equity and remortgage process.
