I honestly cannot fault the service I received from Jordan and Chloe throughout what turned out to be an incredibly difficult and stressful property sale. They were professional, supportive, responsive and consistently proactive throughout the entire process. Despite the numerous complications and ongoing difficulties caused by the buyers’ solicitors, they did everything they could to keep things moving, chase for updates and push for progress. I always felt they were doing everything within their power to get the sale over the line, and I cannot thank them enough for their patience, hard work and perseverance. Selling a property is stressful enough without all the additional complications we experienced, and having two people who genuinely cared and continued to fight my corner made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Jordan and Chloe to anyone looking for solicitors who are committed, approachable and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Thank you both for everything. I’m just sorry you had to endure such a memorable transaction with me. Looking forward to working with you again for my property purchase!

We honestly cannot recommend Glover priest solicitors highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing and a real pleasure to deal with. Their communication and professionalism were second to none. They were always so quick to respond to any questions or queries we had, kept us regularly updated throughout, and made the whole process feel completely stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and looked after. What really stood out was the fantastic rapport we built with them. They were both so friendly, approachable and genuinely lovely, which made such a difference to our experience. You could tell they really cared, and that personal touch made us feel incredibly valued. Kelly from Paralegal and Roxanne our conveyancer were honestly so fantastic that we even gave them a gift and a card at the end to show our appreciation for everything they had done! That says a lot about just how highly we thought of them. We would absolutely use them again without hesitation and would highly recommend Glover priest to anyone. They are a credit to what they do, and we couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with. Thank you both so much for everything!
Thank you for your lovely feedback and recommendation, Lauren. We are delighted Kellie and Roxanne made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Your appreciation means a great deal to the team, and we would be happy to help again in the future.
My sister and I used this solicitors recently to sell our Mum's house. They were friendly and professional and, when asked, they were prompt with enquiries. The reason not five stars is because a couple of times they needed to be prompted to get things done.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are pleased you found the team friendly and professional, and we appreciate your comments regarding the times you had to follow up. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve our service.
I have found Glover And Priest very professional, helpful and excellent in supporting me. I had a messy complicated probate and selling of my mum and dad’s house we came across a number of issues with the buyer. But Glover & Priest kept me assured all was under control, explained everything very well answered my emails and calls in a very time in a good professional timely manner. I will definitely be using them for a few more personal matters in the very near future. And would highly recommend them. Thank you again for all your help and support.

This was our second time using Glover Priest and also the second time with the same team, Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys who were all fantastic again. There was almost always someone available to speak to on the phone whenever I called, my emails were replied to very quickly and I never felt rushed off the phone if I needed to ask additional questions or clarify something. All their work was done in good time and very thoroughly and I already have, and will continue to, recommend them to friends and family who need a conveyancing team!
