I used John Mousicos for my adverse Possession case I lost the case as the Land Registry stated there was not enough evidence. This is the fault of Trowers and Hamlin Expensive My neighbours won their case with another lawyer at half the cost
I wanted to make a claim against an auditor who provided inaccurate company accounts which they later revised. I was told I had solid grounds for a claim. I spent 30k after 6 months of kicking the case into the long grass I was told I didn’t have a case. I had a zoom meeting where they advised me to pay a further 36k to explore the barristers other points of action. Brash and greedy in my opinion. Avoid like the plague. Don’t seem to understand basic principles of law.

Totally taken advantage of the situation and charged double the price someone else i know who went through the same process with them. The woman in charge has an inflated opinion of herself and is incredible patronising. They made numerous mistakes and don’t seem like they have any idea what they are doing..
The whole experience was awful. They wasted time cost us money, incorrectly advised, did not complete the work they were ment to.
He is a very verry lovely and clearly accademically gifted individual and was extremely helpful with all of our problems. Would 100% recommend. 👩🏿🦰👩🏿🦰
