Adam was my solicitor for almost 5 years when I was injured in a car accident in 2020. What would have usually been a simple case soon became complicated due to other health conditions which were unknown at the time. Adam is extremely thorough and instructs excellent experts who are highly regarded in their field. I was experiencing health problems I’d not felt before and I felt vulnerabilities about health and work. The experts helped me feel assured I was on the correct care plan. I felt safer during an extremely difficult time and this is down to Adam. He is professional and has always given clear advice. He always answers emails in a timely manner and is persistent and determined in achieving the best outcome for his clients who always come first. Over the years I’ve used solicitors for matters like house purchases but working with Adam has been a refreshing change. He is highly organised and is always very honest. He has a wealth of knowledge and I could wholeheartedly trust him at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam because of how highly I regard him. He’s not only a great Solicitor but he’s also a good person and that mattered. Cant fault the service I received, it was great from start to finish. Always answered the phone anytime I had any questions and was always on hand to help in any way they could. The purchase of my home was done in a very timely manner and I am so pleased with the service I received. I instructed Shelley De Worringham to represent me in respect to contested Children Act proceedings. Shelley’s strategy and advice was spot on. She was 10 steps ahead and always made me feel as though I was in control. With Shelley’s help, I secured the Order that I needed and I am would have no hesitation in recommending her. I contacted a solicitor from fbcmb and they worked really hard on my case. I was really struggling emotionally but they kept me going. They achieved a small win for me and potentially future people who might not have to go through the distressing situation I went through with lack of appropriate medical care for my father. Extremely happy with the service by Robert Poulsen. Very professional and explained everything in detail.
