I had a really positive experience right from my initial enquiry taken by the receptionist, who handled the call both professionally and efficiently. Within the hour I had a response from Levi Salt - Trainee Solicitor, who showed empathy to my situation and again, showed a great deal of professionalism during the initial stages and managed the process effectively whilst keeping in regular contact through to completion of my legal matter - evidently nothing was too much trouble. Further, the expertise of my Solicitor, Omar Mahmoud who I was able to see same day, clearly explained everything to me and provided the re-assurance I was seeking during what has been a very difficult time for me and my family. The biggest hurdle in conveyancing for us was the initial communication , we would have appreciated a welcome meeting to outline the process / introduce each other as it can be confusing for ftb in the very beginning.
