Over the last year I’ve had the ‘pleasure’ of dealing with a number of lawyers! Some I’ve found slow, unresponsive, tedious and expensive or ‘all of the above’. This absolutely hasn’t been my experience with Glover Priest. I have recently dealt with Gemma and Cerys who have re-established my faith in the legal profession. I had most contact with Cerys who I found to be friendly and approachable but also knowledgeable, clear and compendious. I never had a problem getting hold of someone on the phone and was always dealt with promptly, professionally and efficiently and I always felt that the team were absolutely acting in my best interests. The fees are fair and transparent and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. I cannot thank Carol and Jayne enough for all their hardwork and patience dealing with my case. It was a long drawn out process due to outside factors. They kept me updated throughout and I always felt that they were doing the absolute best for me. They were quick to respond to emails and whenever we had to talk on the phone they were both always very polite and chatty. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

It was a pleasure to work with Stephanie and the team. I highly recommend her. The biggest hurdle in conveyancing for us was the initial communication , we would have appreciated a welcome meeting to outline the process / introduce each other as it can be confusing for ftb in the very beginning.
