I have now had the pleasure of buying and selling a property through Ison's - on both accounts their team, structure and process have been outstanding. While other firms are [rightly] criticised for online platforms, lack of communication, and a whole range of ambiguity around stages and processes, from the off both Tyler and Nefisa have provided a service that has surpassed my expectations by a considerable margin. Emails receive almost instant replies, updates are available and ready at hand, communication is fantastic and nothing ever feels like you are asking too much - this is, in my opinion, the definition of exceptional service, you feel at the forfront of their considerations. Where challenges or delays do arise, these are clearly conveyed to you with updated timeframes and parameters whilst maintaining realistic timings and expectations. I could not have hoped for two easier transactions - to anyone searching for a good, reliable solicitor(s) for any conveyancing needs, your search has come to an end - instruct Ison's, they are excellent. [As a note, I could not find Tyler Lewis under the selection below, as they have been the central point of contact, please ensure this feedback is recognised within their report, they were exceptional].

Would just like to share my appreciation to Ison Harrison of Skipton, Particularly Julie and her team. The process was not easy from start to finish with one thing and another, but Julie was always on the ball and ahead of the game. She kept me up to date with developments and kept up communication with the estate agents as well. Incredibly easy to get hold of in comparison to other Solicitors I have used before, and should I ever decide to move again (unlikely) I will be using Julie without a second thought.

My experience of the sale of my property was an emotional one. Doing this alone and for the first time was daunting. Becks & Chloe didn't just do the usual conveyancing stuff they supported with the process but the empathy and thought to my personal situation is what made the difference. I'd previously had a ban experience with another company so Abbigail and her team took me on and immediately stepped up to make the whole process simple! Buying a house can be stressful but she helped answer any questions and laid everything out upfront, including finances - there were no hidden costs. I was kept updated regularly, all questions were answered promptly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Professional, efficient, and friendly, I would highly recommend them! Thank you.

The conveyancing team, Leashia and Sarah, we're first class. A difficult chain made easier by their speed in answering all queries and dealing with payments. Leashia even called us on completion day whilst she was on holiday to check everything was OK, as Sarah extremely competently handled all matters in her absence. 5 star team!

Ison Harrison Solicitors, the worlds luckiest Solicitors. The reason they are so lucky is that a number of years ago someone made a brilliant decision. That decision was to employ Sonia Hussain. Probably the the worlds greatest employee, she is BRIGHT, SMART, INTELLIGENT, second to none INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE, she has a skill that people think they have but don't and Sonia has it in abundance, the skill, is ENGAGEMENT. She talks to Muppets like me in a language that I can understand, she has endless patience with Muppets like me who don't understand the first, second and third time, when I would be pulling my hair out, she is calm and professional and keeping it simple. If you are buying or selling a house, I would use Ison Harrison but...... I would insist, the person handling my business would be the BRILLIANT, CHARMING, BRIGHT, CLEVER, SMART, INTELLIGENT Sonia Hussain. To sum it up in one word, SUPERSTAR. Also a mention to Ellie-Louise, also smart, bright, helpful and intelligent. Nearly forgot Oliver [apologies] working like a Trojan keeping everything on track.

Claire and Somia. Handled a tricky and lengthy purchase for me with Great knowledge, Professionalism, consistency all with a very friendly helpful manner. They also kept within budget. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others.

Really good & quick service! Would highly recommend Samantha & team for conveyancing, they dealt with the sale of our property & the purchase of our new home which took only 8 weeks. Any questions we had were answered quick and simply, nothing felt too much to ask from them and never felt the need to constantly ‘chase’ for updates - they was always already on it. Would definitely use again 👍
