In the years i have been in business as a private landlord i have used many solicitors for conveyancing. There have been more than 100 occasions whether buying selling or re-mortgaging on more than 100 occasions. i have to say that Joanne Doyle at Ramsdens solicitors s by far the best i have used. so quick and professional and i would highly recommend to my fellow landlords. My only experience of Ramsdens is in connection with the execution of a Will, if which I was the executor. Whilst most of the administration was straightforward, there were some challenges, particularly in identifying the beneficiaries, all of whom were living overseas and about whom the Will gave scant details. All dealings with Ramadans were professional, my instructions timeously dealt with and I was kept abreast of all developments.
I cannot recommend Joanne Doyle and her assistance Rebecca at Ramsdens Solicitors highly enough. As someone who has been working in the property industry for many years as a property investor and developer, I have dealt with many conveyancing firms for purchases, sales and refinancing.
