Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 350 staff across 20 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services.

I have recently completed the sale and purchase of houses. The service I received from day one to completion from Claire and Somia was amazing, definitely going beyond all expectations. Dayne Bailey-Mayfield - with her colleague Brittany, handled the conveyancing on our house sale. From the get go Dayne was clear, responsive, professional and effective. I was able to see first hand how well they dealt with all aspects of the house sale (in stark contrast to an online solicitor representing a buyer in our chain who delayed matters at every stage). We used Ison Harrison for our 1st time purchase of a shared ownership property and I can honestly say they’ve been nothing short of spectacular! We had Julie as our conveyancer and her and her team were so efficient, kept us updated, and just an overall delight to deal with, that made the process as seamless as possible.
