    Found Ramsdens from a recommendation from a (non conveyancing) solicitor friend who used them, and I am glad I did. Have now used Ramsdens regarding 3 properties, and compared to other solicitors I have used in the past, they are MUCH better. Only with one property did I have to chase them at one point, and then I got a prompt response and action. (With a couple of other companies in the past I have spent hours and hours chasing at every stage, and rarely spoke to the same person twice). I trusted William Laura and Andrew, and felt confident in their knowledge and advice. They were all very approachable, and even remembered me and my properties whenever I called. I wish every professional I dealt with by email / on the phone was as good!

    Mostly dealt with by conveyancing assistant (Laura), as there wasn't a need for direct contact with the solicitor. She did everything which was required in a very clear and efficient way and was helpful in dealing with any issues arising.
