I decided to consult Barcan + Kirby with regard to a possible claim for medical negligence after reading many positive client reviews. On my initial visit when I presented my synopsis of events I was given very clear and helpful advice by Adrian, now retired, and by everyone else that became involved. My case was against two defendants, this did not help because one was a great deal slower than the other in responding throughout the entire process but with the very competent Fiona at the helm we came to a very successful conclusion. I should add that I had health problems during the legal process and I think Fiona deserves a medal for the patience and tactful manner in which she handled everything. I would not liked to have to dealt with myself during this time.

Samantha Castle handled my personal injury claim against an old employer after a workplace injury. She was outstanding - extremely knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely could not have achieved the resolution I achieved without her. Although my employed accepted liability immediately, it still took 3 years to reach a settlement - this is 1 year quicker than the national average. Without Samantha’s support throughout this time, I would have given up and simply not bothered. She kept me updated and was totally transparent about costs. She comes across as highly ethical and honest and is a straight talker so you know exactly where you stand. I am so grateful to Samantha and would not hesitate to recommend her. Worth absolutely every penny (and her fee was capped, so totally reasonable).

Thanks for reading.i m going WAY beyond the pale of ,Barcan kirby nice to deal with, delt with conveyancing to my expactations etc etc etc.......... Please kindly read. Mark scanlon and i include his whole team are simply world class..thats right world class. I l keep this skinny............i researched Mark scanlon 5 years ago and was impressed. Without going into detail , he fought an up hill battle for me as regards a very serious life changing amount of money. He won............or we won drawing to an amicable agreement 4 years later i contact Mark to arrange the accounts details report of the sold house i had probate for etc...he even remembered my case going back 4 years previous.... This is summery of Mark. highly intelligent. Able to adapt to circumstace of my needs etc. And the most brilliant of correspondence to the apposing side i have ever witnesd. Totally world class lawyer...........marks on speed dial. !!

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!
