*** DO NOT USE THIS FIRM**** Used 2 of the solicitors at this firm for a divorce: Victoria Clarke - really bad experience - woeful service, didn't respond to emails for weeks. Her record was not a single courtesy email or holding email for 5 weeks! - despite me chasing. Failed to send on my offer for settlement to the other side so the whole thing has snowballed. Rebecca Jones Just when I thought It couldn't get any worse. Too many issues to list here but I will give you the standout highlight. Wait for it..... She submitted to the court the FORM E for the FDA hearing every other page! Yep the FORM E sent was pages 1,3,5,7,9 etc. A small child could have done better. The other sides Barrister was in court saying "it maybe a modern technology failing but I've got every other page of the FORM E" no it wasn't a tech fail it was Rebecca Jones lol. Needless to say this one is going to the Legal Ombudsman.

Can't recommend ELS any more! Alys Taylor from start and throughout has been nothing but superb during a real emotional time during seperation and divorce with children involved, she has shown empathy to the situation and with myself being neurodiverse has also been flexible to my needs during this tough period. She has covered all areas and gone out of her way to ensure the best possible outcome.

It has been an extremely stressful year selling the family home following divorce, with multiple sales falling through at the 11th hour and some very difficult antics from the ex. I'm hugely grateful for Maya Butt and Joseph Lewis from ELS for their professionalism, support and willingness to find solutions even when the going got very tough, so that we could finally get the sale over the line.

Family law - especially solicitor Kirsty Bowers but presumably others at this firm, deliberately harm children and genuine suffers by concocting ridiculous "abuse" and "welfare" allegations as a means of furthering the harmful intentions of their clients. This might be the type of firm a certain type of person is looking for, but this practice carries little credibility in the courts, is increasingly know to be an issue by the judiciary, and is, effectively, a fee escalation tactic that brings the law profession into disrepute. Don't do it.

I used Elite Law Solicitors to help with a consent order for my divorce. Chris Dolton was excellent and provided a fantastic service. Chris was clear and transparent from the outset and always responsive to any queries that I had making the whole process smooth. He made a stressful situation as stress free as could possibly be. I would highly recommend Chris and Elite Law Solicitors for any divorce related needs.
