Very good professional advice and service . My only negative was the delay of 3 weeks before probate forms were actioned because the firm were waiting for my sister's consent form,which she had sent the very first week. It was only when I enquired as to how things were going did the Secretary realise they had all the necessary forms and work could begin.

Probate was managed by Ola Szymaniec, while the property matters were handled by Jo Reader. I cannot thank them enough for dealing with the complexities which arose, whilst negotiating with Lender's solicitors, HMRC and my mortgage broker to bring the matter to a successful conclusion on time and on budget. Both Ola and Jo were the kindest and most patient individuals one could hope for and they minimised my stress levels considerably. Very professional and highly recommended. We have had an active relationship with Clifton Ingram for over 4yrs. Initially acting on our behalf in dealing with estate of our deceased parent and secondly the selling of a property. The estate matter was complex in that it dealt with three different countries which brought a great deal of complexity. We were ably guided through this process, which at times was very fraught. Like most processes it depends on the quality of the individual assisting you and the empathy they created. We were satisfied with both and were very pleased with the results. With regard selling of the property this became a victim of the economic environment we were in. We had 5 acceptances on our property, meaning we had to start the process four times. The support we received was first class and enabled us to make decisions in a pragmatic manner in a very emotional period.
