Conveying good..police matters..all they want is the call out money they charge..im a disabled service user..ive been ignored..let down and left with a criminal record when I was a victim of a hate campaign..as could get advice..if this is how you treat autistic people then you should be ashamed of yourself..but of course you actually dont care do you..??? Avoid like covid. !!!

We had an appointment very quickly with Rebecca, and communication from the office before that appointment was timely and clear. Rebecca understood our issue and gave us really useful information and advice, giving us examples from both sides of the issue to help us be confident in our options. She listened to our concerns well and offered practical advice, which was both clear and useful. Her tone was very professional but also understanding and emphatic, which we appreciated. We felt very reassured by Rebecca's knowledge and advice and it helped our worry immensely.

I was referred to them through NIDAS/Women's Aid, not only communication was slow but also had absolutely no help. During my contact with them my son was abducted 2x by his father, I’ve called and send several emails and got little to no reply. I requested to go to Court and get a CAO in Feb, nothing done. Went court because my ex out an application through (but then withdrew it). You’ll get a lot of empty words like “if you need any help feel free to contact” all for nothing because you’ll email, weeks and months will pass by and you’ll not even get “hello”. They’ll arrange call meeting and call backs with you but won’t call you or explain what or why the call didn’t happen. Reception will tell you “I’ll leave a note and mark ar urgent” trust me, you’ll see no urgency. I’m still waiting for a reply for emails I’ve sent in April. We are now in September. Then told me my legal aid is finished but here I’m am, still enduring abuse from my ex, my son remains missing school and no guidance at all on next steps. When I first got in touch I felt a light at the end of the tunnel but it was just a illusion. I’ve now just given up because I have no mental capacity to fight.. maybe when something more serious happen to us, someone will try “care” or try do their job.

My Sale completed on Wednesday 26th August. My entire proceeds are 'missing'. No sense of urgency from Pepperells but then they have had their fee. Now 10 days of endless phone calls and sleepless nights. Still no proceeds.
