Five stars isn't enough for the incredible team at this firm. From start to finish, the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Professional, responsive, and deeply supportive throughout the entire process, they made what could have been a highly stressful experience completely seamless. In particular, I want to give a massive thank you to Marcela, James, and Julie: Marcela was an absolute star—unbelievably proactive, incredibly sharp, and always one step ahead. She kept me fully informed at every turn and handled everything with complete efficiency. James provided brilliant, clear guidance when it mattered most. His legal expertise and reassuring approach gave me absolute confidence that my matter was in the best possible hands. Julie was fantastic, always friendly, incredibly organized, and ensured that no detail was missed. Her excellent communication made a world of difference. The communication across the board was flawless; I never had to chase for an update, and every question I had was answered swiftly and clearly. It is rare to find a team that combines such high-level professionalism with genuine care and approachability. In general it was good experience. The app is a good way to stay connected but sometimes felt like I was talking to a bot rather than a person. This was sometimes an issue when trying to get updates or clarification on certain items. Both Olivia and chris where courteous and polite. I am still undecided whether I would use the service again next time or go back to my previous solicitor.

Despite our constant questions, both her & Rachael seemed to really understand the situation and did everything they could to get information for us. If it hadn’t been for our buyer changing solicitors mid process Rachael would have had the whole thing wrapped up really quickly. Thanks again, now the hard work decorating starts!!

When I was in the Runcorn custody suite and first saw duty solicitor David I immediately felt like someone was on my side. Pre interview, he was amazing and extinguished my anxiety about the whole process. He was clear, concise and professional. Thankfully I was released on bail soon after the interview and a no further action to the offences was given a week later by the police. I recommend this firm and of course David who is semi retired but you cannot put a price on experience. Thank you!
