Lawrence and Jenny were awesome throughout even with the increased workload with the rush for the rush before stamp duty tax . Thank you both you were excellent
Looks like we have been deducted Management Fees for £500 incorrectly and the stamp Duty was not paid on time resulting in a fine. I know this has been accepted and you have promised to deal with it and pay the penalty but we received letters about it from HMRC which was not good. Other than that all was good although the whole process took a very long time one way or another. Thanks Julian

We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Both Rachael and Natasha kept us informed at every stage and were totally focused to ensure inquiries/queries were dealt with as a matter of urgency.
