A professional, friendly and timely service from everyone involved with both the purchase and sale of our house. We would highly recommend Michaela, who was exemplary throughout our moving process. Michaela explained all enquiries to us and kept us fully informed at every stage. Michaela returned our calls/ emails, sometimes communicating with us at weekends or during the evening, so that we didn’t have to wait overnight, putting our minds at ease. If we needed to call and Michaela wasn’t available then Emma was always there to talk to and explain any questions I had. Although the purchase of our new home was challenging, the service from Michaela supported by Emma was seamless from start to finish. Thank you so much.

We appointed BLJ (Maghull Branch), to carry out the conveyancing on a recent purchase. The service we received from inception to completion was first class. We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We had very little experience (this was our first sale/purchase), so it was amazing to have Shania on hand to answer our queries. Despite our constant questions, both her & Rachael seemed to really understand the situation and did everything they could to get information for us.
