The start of our journey with Banner Jones was initially very pleasant. Clear communication and the portal system was very easy to use and keep track of outstanding tasks. The service then dipped quite considerably with lack of communication / updates with our first case handler (not Samuel). To make matters worse our first appointed case handler went zero contact into the final stages of our house completion and then left the business without informing us. Credit to BannerJones, the directors were involved promptly and appointed Samuel Robinson to our case. To say that Sam was essentially thrown not only in at the deep end on another colleagues case but also around 2.5 weeks before our completion date he achieved nothing short of a miracle. Sam is the only reason I am still willing to rate BannerJones excellent and recommend to family and friends in the future. The amount of workload Sam managed to turn around in such a short timeframe was astonishing. Between Sam and our personal Mortgage Advisor our original completion date was still achieved and we are now happily settled in our new home. This would not have been possible if not for Sam so we are forever grateful for your work ethic and attention to detail. Also for actually caring. Prior to Sam taking over our case we were dangerously close to loosing our new home and all the money we had invested on extras that were none refundable (circa 11K). So you can imagine what a relief it was for all us when Sam managed to pull it off. Again, thank you Sam...you handled a very stressful time for our family with a calm and collected approach and most importantly got the job done!

Samuel Robinson

Banner jones is easily the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Especially Samuel Robinson, nothing has been too much trouble for him, even when I have rang with a million questions. From putting in the offer on a house to completion was only around 11 weeks and the process was so easy. If we got stuck on anything all we had to do was call and Samuel talked us through it until we understood. He was very respectful and kind that I had no worries telling him if I didn’t understand something, considering I have never done any of this before so was a complete novice, I think he got me through it pretty well !! So if you want a good value, hard working, honest and reliable conveyancing team, I would highly recommend giving Samuel a call. He will go above and beyond for you and get things done as quick as he can for you. Thanks again Samuel and your team it was a pleasure working with you guys.

Engaged Banner Jones to do a simple deed transfer due to a breakup. Should have taken 6 weeks max. 8 MONTHS later, with lots of chasing and admittance of poor service, it was done. Am still waiting on a review as to why the service was so poor - specifically Josh Butler, and am still waiting for an apology for incompetence, unnecessary stress & anxiety. Have used many times in the past but NEVER again.

Really good experience dealing with Amber Betts, as a first time solo buyer I really wasn’t sure of the process and it is so easy to get overwhelmed with such a huge purchase especially on your own. Amber Betts kept me updated throughout, there were no delays, from placing my offer to completing, the process took 3 months. I could not be happier! Thanks so much for a pleasant experience!

it’s not recommended to use them for property buying please use something else it’s my advice
