Our solicitor, Harry, was approachable, friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, happily repeating things if we needed further clarification. Ann, was helping us with sale and purchase of property. Her dedication, readiness, and understanding with our messy case was far above our expectation. Expect your bill to be 3x their estimate. For work they didn’t tell you they were going to carry out without your permission. They didn’t let me know they had spent all the money on account and then all of a sudden my bill was more than double .. They then charged me an additional 1k for reading an email asking for a further quote on another task for reviewing files without my consent. Absolutely heartbreaking to be honest. Adding more stress to my already heartbreakingly stressful situation. I genuinely wish I never got in contact with them.

We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Lucy Hollis for her friendly, professional and resolve in dealing with or matters. What seemed to be a simple sale of land and a renewal of a lease was turning into a nightmare sinareo. However when the files were taken over by Lucy Hollis, that all changed.
