I recently used Mullis & Peake for both my property purchase and for preparing my Will and Declaration of Trust, and I’m very pleased with the overall service. A special thank you to Denise Tottman, who handled my property purchase. She was professional, thorough, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Also, Muhammad Ali did an excellent job with my Will and Declaration of Trust—clear, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything in a straightforward way. Although the process took a little longer than expected, the level of care, attention to detail, and support I received more than made up for it. I always felt that my matters were in safe hands. Overall, a 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend Mullis & Peake to anyone looking for reliable and professional legal services.

Absolutely appalling treatment and behaviour. Disagreed with Callie agreeing with the other side to re-wrote a Scott schedule after everything had been filed, both sides emailing each other back and forward agreeing to this without agreeing it with me. When I refused this, she told me it was procedural and it has nothing to do with me. In fact agreement to this has to be signed off by me. When I opposed it, this was on a Friday late afternoon with my hearing on Monday morning - she did-instructed herself. Petulant, absurd and embarrassing
Thank you for your feedback. Callie is correct that as solicitors our first priority is to the court and to ensure that procedures are followed; even if clients disagree – court orders must be followed. Also, Callie left the firm in May so unsure why you are raising this now.
Esra is an exceptional solicitor — highly professional, approachable, and always easy to contact. Throughout my divorce proceedings, she was incredibly understanding and compassionate. I had very little knowledge of the divorce process, and Esra guided me through each stage with clarity and patience. We have been using M&P for several years now and really cannot fault them, on several occasions Denise had gone above and beyond in dealing with our conveyancing. When this had been passed over to Sophie to settle the final part of our sale and purchase we couldn’t believe how quickly this went through. Buying a different property is usually fraud with stress and delays, but not with M&P, thank you so much folks.
