She has never met my daughter who is mentally and physically handicapped with rett syndrome with no capacity but when I asked for items for her that she needs to help her in her daily life , wheelchair mobility car ect all I get told is my daughter does not have enough money which I find unbelievable as in the 9 years they have dealt with her finances my daughter has only had peanuts of them and keep refusing items that she really needs . They have allowed her money to accumulate so much that dwp have now stopped her benefits so please can someone make this make sense in my head that she has no funds but yet dwp have stopped her benefits because she has to much money that they have just let accumulated over the 9 years . I have never even spoken with Samantha Hamilton or set eyes on her and neither has my daughter so how can someone make these decisions when they don't even understand my girls needs . How is my daughter supposed to access the community and she has missed out on so much like weddings and family functions because there is no way of getting her to these places without an adapted vehicle . We are taking black cabs everywhere which is costing a small fortune and I am left to buy everything she needs out of my own pocket because it kills me to see her go without when there is no need for this as she had plenty of funds that they refuse her access to . So I'm sorry my advise is to avoid this company if you wish your loved ones to have a good standard of life then go somewhere else because she had taken my poor daughters life away and allows her to live in poverty when there is no need for this . I'm treated like some common crimal and get told that she hasn't got a bottomless money when I ask for things that my daughter actually needs. My daughter has grown out of her wheelchair and her feet are actually falling through the foot rest so when asked to purchase a new one I was told to go to NHS which is around a years waiting list and we did actually go to NHS in March of this year and she got refused because all they can offer her is a basic wheelchair which just isn't suitable for her needs . I have had enough now so will be complaining to everyone that mattes until we can get the power of attorney taken of this company Date of experience: 20 June 2024

My brother and I were advised to use M&P to deal with the estate of our late Great Aunt - 18 months later it still has not been finalised. I accept that Covid would have caused a delay; however communication from them has been poor and usually only received when chased for a progress report. When final estate accounts were eventually provided they were incorrect with obvious mistakes and missing information provided to them months ago. A prompt resolution to this issue was again promised but only after we reworked the accounts and sent a correct version for their perusal. An email from a para legal rather than the solicitor followed with yet another apology promising contact the following week and surprise surprise two weeks later we still have heard nothing. Have we had value for money for the £7000 fees? Absolutely not! Has Behiye Karaman provided us with a great service? No! If I could leave a zero star review I would…. UPDATE FOLLOWING THEIR REPLY - I am a real client of Mullis &Peake! If they can’t even find me on their system then something has gone terribly wrong!!

Mullis & Peake have provided an exceptionally professional and efficient service when setting up my new Will and lasting power of attorney. I am grateful for the thorough and informative approach to clients. I appreciate the patience afforded to myself and family when there was a delay in us completing some forms.
