Eve Patterson and Melissa McNamara were brilliant from the beginning. Their responses were quick, informed, and respectful. I can’t quite put into words the support they gave me, but I will still try. They listened genuinely, reaffirmed my trust in the law, were respectful, and guided me to not just learn from the situation but grow as an individual. Louise and Rheanna were absolutely excellent and helped me through the most difficult period of my life, and ultimately we were able to get the right outcome. I really feel that their work made an enormous difference to my case and were able to put it more clearly and succinctly than I could ever have any hope of doing, and I am impressed at the speed at which they were able to work given that I engaged their services quite late and the complexity of my case.
They made the whole process as easy as possible, this wasn't a straighfoward divorce but nothing was too much trouble and I had confidence in them being able to achieve our goals.

My experience of Richard Nelson LLP, and specifically Maria, was exceptional. I was a tricky client to say the least, but Maria was always calm, professional, supportive and able to navigate my myriad requests and challenges. As importantly as the conduct of the firm, was the actual result - which was in my favour. I contacted Richard Nelson as I urgently needed some expert legal advice about a distressing and sensitive matter. The service I received throughout my case from Latoya Atkinson was outstanding. Latoya dealt with my case with sensitivity without losing at any point her forensic focus on the arising matters. She was proactive in letting me know the progress of the case (there was no need for me to nudge or chase for an update at any point). When needed, she sent detailed legal advice that was both comprehensive and clear. Latoya was approachable and exceptionally responsive to emails. I cannot recommend Marjorie Creek and Richard Nelson LLP highly enough. As a lawyer myself it was interesting for me to see things from the other side. I did not expect to be in a position to need the advice I required but was so relieved to find Steve Roberts - an extremely competent, calm and personable solicitor who put me at my ease within minutes of speaking to him.
