I needed accurate advice in a dispute over a claim against me concerning a property. I had a 45 minute interview with a family law solicitor who outlined all the possibilities & costs. She then suggested the least expensive way to resolve the dispute via an offer to the other party. The solicitor offered to review my offer letter & having read what I'd written, didn't charge as the necessary editing was limited. I was only able to write that offer letter because the explanation & advice given was comprehensive & accurate.

What seemed to be a simple sale of land and a renewal of a lease was turning into a nightmare sinareo. However when the files were taken over by Lucy Hollis, that all changed. I would strongly advise avoiding this firm for any property purchase. I was told 2–3 months, it took 7 months, and the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. At one point I was days away from losing my mortgage offer due to their delays, and even completion was left to the last minute because “missing documents” were only noticed very late. Hannah, who handled my case, was rude and unhelpful throughout, which made an already stressful situation worse. Also, I had to change the boiler 1month after the purchase for her mistake. I can write a lecture of what I’ve been through from this firm and the lady I mentioned. If you want a smooth property purchase, go elsewhere. If you want stress and constant issues, this is the place!
