My experience with Daniel was not a good one, without going into too much detail, what I will say is, I followed his advice and it was wrong. I have had to file a complaint with his firm and with the Ombudsman

Rebecca Hodge is a credit to your firm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the first (and hopefully only!) time I've used a solicitor for a personal injury claim and I was very happy with the outcome. Being new to legal matters some of the letters could be a bit scary as its not something I've had to understand before. Rebecca was brilliant at explaining everything in an honest, friendly and professional manner. I will be recommending the firm to others, especially thanks to Rebecca. I had a couple of solicitors during this case but Rebecca was the standout. I'm very grateful for the hard work of everyone involved in the case. Thank you!

I had initially instructed another firm of solicitors, but unfortunately they went insolvent after just six weeks, leaving my case in limbo at a critical time. I was working to a very tight deadline to complete the transfer of equity and was understandably feeling stressed and concerned that everything would fall through. From the moment Emillie and Laura took over, they were calm, professional, and incredibly efficient. They acted swiftly to get matters back on track and handled the transfer within an impressive timeframe. Well too much to list to be honest Neil & Jeanette and absolutely fabulous so helpful and my gosh do they know there stuff, would happily advise anyone to use there services 100% Phenomenal solicitors!!!!!!

Natasha Cairns is an amazing solicitor and if it wasn't for her i would give this company 1 star. Natasha dealt with my sale after i had to make a complaint about an incompetent male solicitor called S Tansey.
Jane penman was absolutely brilliant with dealing with my PI claim. Very helpful throughout the whole process she kept me updated by emails and phone . Very poor interaction…. I buzzed their door only for a blonde lady to open the door and procede to look down at me as if I was some hobo spice head ( I was not dressed to the nines i was in gym attire) and then proceed with a barrage of questions akin to the Spanish Inquisition… Not a place I’d go to for legal advice given this interaction…
