    Excellent Service and Smooth Lease Extension Process

    Kelly provided an excellent service throughout my lease extension process. She kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, including dealing with my mortgage lender and the completion formalities.
