I used Longmores when purchasing my home. It went smoothly and within my timeline, meaning I was able to complete on the day that I wanted to. Using their app was convenient too, as I could easily see a log of what had been done and on what dates, which was very reassuring. Being able to pop into the office to look through documentation was great, as I was able to ask questions then and there, rather than doing everything remotely.

A relatively straightforward house sale but when a small hiccup arose Uzma was very clear in communicating the options and promptly followed through on agreed strategy. Reassuring to be able to communicate directly with Uzma when needed.

Very disappointed with the complete lack of response from the intake team. I contacted Longmores to request a quote for estate planning (Wills and LPAs) as we wanted to use a local firm. Despite reaching out, I have been met with total silence and no follow-up. While their existing reviews look strong, their initial client onboarding and communication have been incredibly poor in my experience. I will be taking our business elsewhere to a firm that values communication.
