As a retired Chartered Accountant who had dealings with many prestigious clients my expectations of the work carried out by fellow professionals was, as expected, as high as my own standards. Very disappointed with the complete lack of response from the intake team. I contacted Longmores to request a quote for estate planning (Wills and LPAs) as we wanted to use a local firm. Despite reaching out, I have been met with total silence and no follow-up. While their existing reviews look strong, their initial client onboarding and communication have been incredibly poor in my experience. I will be taking our business elsewhere to a firm that values communication.

I would definitely recommend longmores. They made selling our late mum's listed property hassle free.
