Very disappointed with the complete lack of response from the intake team. I contacted Longmores to request a quote for estate planning (Wills and LPAs) as we wanted to use a local firm. Despite reaching out, I have been met with total silence and no follow-up. While their existing reviews look strong, their initial client onboarding and communication have been incredibly poor in my experience. I will be taking our business elsewhere to a firm that values communication.

I would definitely recommend longmores. They made selling our late mum's listed property hassle free.

We were really pleased with the service from Longmores solicitors, especially from Uzma and would therefore highly recommend her and the Longmores team. Communication was clear and consistent and we were kept in the loop of progress regarding the sale of our former property and purchase of our current property. Uzma was understanding of personal factors and timeframes which allowed us to progress through the sales effectively. Uzma was diligent and prompt in her approach to gathering information and this was very much appreciated. Longmores were very professional and supportive and we would definitely recommend them.
