I used Brachers to advise me on a settlement following redundancy. They were professional, sympathetic and gave honest clear advice. I would recommend them.
I would highly recommend Mei-Ling's services. She was sympathetic and supportive throughout my divorce, and communication was clear and timely. She helped me understand the process and requirements at each stage, making a stressful experience much easier to navigate. Documents were drafted efficiently and I was grateful for her guidance and expertise.

My experience of solicitors engaged to support the many house moves over the years has been, at it's best, adequate. None have ever gone over & above, it has always seemed like they are going through the motions & actually didn't care that much whether the sales were completed or not. That is until my father-in-law engaged Brachers & we were assigned Tim Lancaster. Why any different? Well Tim seemed to care; always quickly responsive to queries/concerns answering in plain English to make things easily understandable for us. He wasn't just a name at the end of an email but someone we met & conversed with. He was kind, thoughtful - human! - & we cannot thank him enough for enabling such a smooth process. Absolutely grateful for the service we received for my disabled brother. He was wrongly criminalised for offences he had no control over due to a brain injury. He was facing several charges 2 of which were to be trial cases at crown court. Thanks to the team but especially Mae!! He was proven unfit to plea or stand trial and every case was closed. We had used a few solicitors prior to Mae and honestly it was awful. They had jo understanding of my brother and constantly refused to deal with him. It's taken 2 years and a lot of heartache but finally thanks to this lady and her kindness and understanding we can finally close this chapter. Her knowledge and basic common sense is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and especially Mae to everyone. Thanks so much. I cant explain what this means to us. Forever grateful.

Tim was recommended by the estate agent selling my medieval property in Canterbury. Thank goodness they did! Tim was the perfect solicitor to deal with the challenges of what turned out to be a rather fraught sales process, particularly because of the age of the property and the over zealous and unreactive buyer's solictor. Tim dealt with all the issues, queries etc raised by their solicitor quickly and in a very friendly, efficient manner. Throughout the whole process, he was patient and reassuring which undoubtedly kept my stress levels in check! Tim gave an outstanding service and I can thoroughly recommend him!
