Emma Hegarty was very helpful, gave clear advice and was professional throughout. The only downside was having to chase the copies of the wills to be sent to us.

I have been trying to pursue a medical negligence claim for some time now and this keeps being delayedt by my doctor/consultants coming up with new excuses and recently I was mis diagnosed, I contacted this solicitors to try and take action against the party's concerned and highlighted the moving goal post I had experience. And this was why my original issue was several years ago and it is because I am now aware that there is an issue as they keep coming up with new excuses which I have to research to clarify the ventality of the doctors or hospitals claims. And so when I become aware that there can new claims are not valid this is from the date that the three years date applies. Having spoken to young lady she asked me which having spoken to young lady she asked me which trusts or hospitals etc was I looking to seek redress with. I mentioned the hospitals and she clearly stated that the firm could not pursue a claim in my case as it was a conflict of interest. This is the most honest that has solicitor has been with me in regard to this matter most just say I cannot help you goodbye. as you only have a set period of time to take the case to court this is disgusting I'm hats off to this company for stating that it was a conflict of interest and they are now going to recommend solicitors out of the area who may be able to assist me and I am waiting her email as I write this. They seem to have good integrity.

Absolutely awful firm of Solicitor’s (Conyancing Department). I had to change from this firm to another firm, halfway through my sale, due to sheer incompetence. I instructed this firm on 10 November 2017 and “uninstructed” them mid April 2018; 5 months into the sale of my property and no further forward. The Solicitor even sent my documents to the wrong place! Oh dear Lord, I could have done a better job myself... Perhaps I should have done, as earned half of my Licensed Conveyancing Certificate :-) The Practice Manager blatantly tells lies, as does the Solicitor. It’s rather amusing when they both lie and you have the proof in ‘black and white’. All I can say is avoid! PS: The owe me £150

Well done Brachers for capturing our wishes in our new wills. Very happy with the service we got from everyone involved. A pleasure to deal with such knowledgeable but friendly people. And the final bill was as estimated at the start. We would definitely recommend Brachers and use them again.

Tim was recommended by the estate agent selling my medieval property in Canterbury. Thank goodness they did! Tim was the perfect solicitor to deal with the challenges of what turned out to be a rather fraught sales process, particularly because of the age of the property and the over zealous and unreactive buyer's solictor. Tim dealt with all the issues, queries etc raised by their solicitor quickly and in a very friendly, efficient manner.
