Elite Law initially provided a low fee estimate to win my business, then systematically added extra charges throughout the process, resulting in final fees far exceeding the original quote. Communication was appalling, emails were often ignored or met with out-of-office replies, and both myself and the other parties involved had to constantly chase them just to receive a response. Most concerningly, they failed to inform me of critical transactional details, directly causing a substantial financial loss. The experience has been marked by poor transparency, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client care. This firm has caused me serious stress and regret. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Joe has handled a few matters for me now and every single time he has anticipated issues far in advance, fought to protect us from the other side’s solicitors’ hurdles, delays and occasional outright incompetence. There is no question Joe is the best!

I recently had the pleasure of working with both Jenny and Brian, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Jenny's excellent communication and organisational skills were evident from the start. She efficiently set up my meeting with Brian, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. Brian was exceptional throughout the process. Although his primary focus is on disputes, he provided invaluable assistance for my early-stage buyout situation, which currently involves no disputes. Brian’s extensive knowledge and ability to simplify complex information were truly impressive. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, breaking them down into easy-to-understand explanations. Despite there being no dispute at this stage, he explained in depth how to involve conveyancing and court proceedings if and when necessary.
