Geetha and Casey helped me to sell my shared ownership property. Although the process was lengthy, they did their best to speed up matters as I was moving abroad. Fairly communicative via email; friendly and took the time to explain complicated jargon.

Sadia was very professional and guided the sale of my property to successful completion despite some last-minute delays on the buyer's side. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a solicitor for a property transaction.
I retained Stephens & Son for the purchase of my property following a divorce. Throughout the procedure I was kept abreast of every development and correspondence was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The solicitors Stephens & Son were dealing with for the sale of the property jointly owned by myself and my ex wife were in comparison awful. They required constant chasing, and even on the day of completion produced an incorrect completion certficate with erroneous figures. With divorce and house sale/purchase being so stressful I was thankful that the team were so professional and took a great deal of the angst out of the process.

Rachel was amazing, I do not think that my house would have completed if it wasn't for her. We had a lot of issues in the chain, lots of hold ups and mistakes made too, she was so professional, constantly kept me up to date and made sure we stayed on track. I would definitely recommend Rachel, and whenever I move house again, I will be asking her to support me again. Thank you so much for making my moving house happen!

Very efficient.
I was given poor advice from their Solicitor which led to the additional expense of a Barrister. The firm offered a small settlement to dissuade me from reporting this to the Ombudsman, which I refused. The firm then tried to trick me into accepting their settlement by invoicing me the wrong amount which would have invalidated my claim with the Ombudsman. AVOID THIS FIRM!!!!
