    So on the ball and efficient

    Trisha and her team acted with professionalism, speed and efficiency throughout the whole sale of our property.     We dealt with Sarah Hogan regarding the sale of a flat I had inherited as executor for my late mother's flat. At all times Sarah was professional, helpful and quick to highlight any problems we might have had. this was particularly important as we had had an earlier failed sale.     Support throughout a long, difficult move

    Michelle acted for us for nearly two years during the protracted sale of our house, and a complicated move into a new flat. Throughout that time she was comprehensively efficient, pursuing every detail to ensure the best result for us. The final stage of our purchase was delayed by a completely unexpected obstacle, which she calmly overcame while preserving the date of our final move.
