Excellent helpful and understanding

Simeon was instrumental in figuring out our best options with solving a complicated business issue. He simplified the process and very quickly understood exactly what was required and what our options were. Communicating back and forth with the opposing solicitor in an efficient manor and ensuring the balance between advising us sensibly and getting the best result for us financially was maintained throughout. I couldn't recommend him enough. Hopefully i will never speak to him again! As if i do it means I have another issue!! But if it did happen I would know where to go. Thank you 👍

B&L also provided excellent overall service to establish as a limited company, the residents association of one property which housed 8 freehold owners, including me at the time. This was an unusual and relatively complex situation which required the drafting of a demerger contract specific to our situation.
