      Complaint Handling Procedure

      Complaint service provided by Acklam Bond Solicitors so disgusting, necessitated a legal ombudsman follow-up, after waiting nearly 6 months to be dealt with! Needless to say, I wont be recommending this company. Legal Ombudsman Case No. F014189E, resolution date 12 Nov 2019. Upheld my complaint in connection with their complaint handling service.
