The team at Harrison Drury helped me through a particularly challenging situation during a recent property purchase process. Tracey McCambridge was invaluable in her advice and support, which ultimately got the sale over the line. I have used HD several times before, and every time the service has been most impressive. I don’t hesitate in strongly recommending them - they are a highly professional team with excellent communication, diligence and timeliness, and most of all I know I can trust them - and surely that matters more than anything else.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - These solicitors were assigned by our mortgage company to act on their behalf - they have been very unprofessional, not understanding the process leading to our own solicitor having to explain the process to them as we hit a stalemate and they also failed to register the property correctly with the land registry. As they were appointed by the mortgage company they have refused to speak to anyone directly and even though we tried to complain this fell on deaf ears. The real issue, despite their incompetence, is the fact they failed to register the property correctly and refuse to help do anything about it - they are the only ones who can rectify this and we are limited when we come to remortgage if they fail to do so.

I was recommended Harrison Drury by another firm who no longer undertook commercial work. Lucy, from introduction to completion has been great. Keeping me updated as the process went along and responding promptly to queries. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
We have used Harrison Drury for 14 years - the most recent was to sell, and purchase our new home and yet again they have been outstanding throughout. Amy Leslie (Lancaster) & Victoria McCann (Clitheroe) haven't had the easiest case, but they've remained professional throughout and given clear & concise advise at every step of the way. We used these solicitors for the sale of our house, we made a mistake, we do not trust these solicitors to look after our best interests, after 6 months the no chain buyer pulled out, our house is up for sale again and we will use a different solicitor. The original member of staff dealing our case left with no notice and then the solicitor dealing with our case also left the company. The first thing the replacement member of staff did was to send us a bill for over 2K for the failed sale they called abortive.

Jenna was quite simply AMAZING!! From start to finish Jenna and her team acted with complete professionalism, empathy, compassion and accuracy. I had complete confidence in her at all times and the standards to which Jenna works to are to be admired and commended, the barrister on the day commented that the preparation of my documents was second to none and certainly helped us achieve the right outcome. Jenna and her co worker Olivia have both been superb communicators all the way through and I have never had to chase anything or wait any long period of time for them to get back to me. I would thoroughly recommend Jenna to anyone going through any family issues. She is a very special person and fantastic at her job and Olivia is certainly following suit. Thank you again ladies, you're the best.

Dreadful. Keeps information from its clients in an attempt to drive house sale prices down at the last minute, which resulted in the sale falling through as the seller walked away. Shameful behaviour
