We have used Butcher & Barlow to buy our new house and as first time buyers they have been great at explaining the whole process and also keeping us in the loop. We didnt feel the need to chase for updates as we knew they were working hard to get our house sorted and gave us plenty of updates when we did ask as we were unsure mainly due to the sellers. Thank you to Amanda, Freya and Megan for your help with this process and being so patient when we know our process was not the easiest.

Shocking shocking shocking! Mistakes throughout including not paying the stamp duty on our property and not sending completed documents to trust Green to complete sale leaving us open to payment demands months later. The list is endless but 10 months on we are still tripping up on the shortcuts they made. Do not use butcher and Barlow for purchase and sale of Northwich properties.

Very professional and high quality service in conveyancing my home sale. Very satisfied with responsiveness and communication, handling deadlines well, would recommend.
