A family member got into difficulties. I didn't have a regular solicitor to hand and was advised not to use local companies anyway so, I started browsing the internet. Where to start? I came across Richard Nelson LLP in Nottingham and sent in a very basic outline of the matter - this was on a Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I received a very kind and understanding response from Lily Nutbrown. I felt immediately that she was a genuine and caring person. She called me a little later and after a 10 minute conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Lily's attention to detail is brilliant. Her responses are always timely and very reassuring. The whole episode was a tense and anxious time for my family but, throughout it, we were able to draw comfort and solace from the support given to us by Lily. When the Court date arrived our anxiety levels peaked but, the Barrister appointed through Lily did a great job and a fair outcome was achieved. I just cannot thank Lily enough for her help.

Our life has changed immensely for the better now that our daughter has been granted a special school placement. Whereas before there was no hope we can look towards a brighter future - our daughter now able to access education and her mental health is improving every day.
