My problem was money owed to me by my daughter , delt with initialiy by Charlie Mercer who on looking at all the correspondence i held spotted the problem , Becky Scott then took over until the end which was successful conclusion . I had agonised for to long prior to approaching Pepperells , i should have delt with problem , however once i had it was a smouth process and at no time was i having to contact for undates . A thankyou doesnt seem enough but i will say it again , a very big THANKYOU to both Charlie and Becky , also i was that pleased with how things went that did a new will with Pepperells , i will always recommend Pepperells in the future should the ever arise.

It's never easy loosing a loved one but without a doubt I would never of got though it without claires help....professional, sympathetic and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

The process of selling a house is complex with a number of professionals involved. I feel that when this became stressful Lisa was available to answer my questions and guide me through in addition to the estate agents. I felt in very safe legal hands.

Paige was great throughout the whole process , regardless of how many time I asked the same thing I got a pleasant fast response. No legal Jargon just down to earth honest answers. She got my sale and purchase through in less than 4 months considering UK average for a straight purchase no chain is 4 months I cannot complain 100% would use her and the service again.

I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
