We sought advice regarding a lifetime tenancy agreement, this guidance was taken forward during a dispute with our landlord. Partway through the process, the case was transferred to another solicitor due to the original solicitor’s annual leave. After the handover, the advice and approach changed significantly. As a result, we were charged additional fees of approximately £850 for the review and the revised advice. I felt unable to challenge these costs, as I could not afford the risk of further fees being added

My wife and I recently disposed of some land we had been holding on-to in the hope of realizing it's value as more than just Garden Ground. This was not a run-of -the-mill project but involved site assembly, a Promotion Agreement with Development Specialists, VAT Registration, and Accountants. We were fortunate that our instructions to act in a legal capacity fell to Simon Rounding of Messrs Elmhurst Parker. Simon helped us through the whole complex saga in a totally professional and friendly way for which many thanks.

The process of selling a house is complex with a number of professionals involved. I feel that when this became stressful Lisa was available to answer my questions and guide me through in addition to the estate agents. I felt in very safe legal hands.
It doesn't matter from what part of the country you are in John Taylor and the team at Pepperells does a fantastic job.. He was professional in his approach dotted and crossed all the i's and t's, explained anything we wasn't sure about. Got the sellers to set up insurance 's for the parts we needed. Looked after us from start to finish, deserved of 5 stars.

Excellent communications, friendly and timely. Great contact with solicitor, house sale and purchase managed well, no issues, very satisfied.
This company represented the seller of my new home. It was my fifth property purchase and also the worst experience I have had. A week before completion they just stopped communicating with my solicitor, the estate agent and the seller said they had been quiet with him too. I had an awful weekend not knowing if I was moving or whether I needed to cancel my removals because they weren't communicating. On the day before completion they were still being awkward and saying they weren't ready to exchange and my seller had to put his shoes on and go to their offices to sort out what it was that was holding up proceedings as he was wanting completion too. Finally they exchanged on the afternoon prior to completion and I was able to let my removal company know they were okay to come. From the perspective of both seller and buyer it was an appalling service. I'd not be happy if my solicitor treated my purchaser with such disrespect not to mention the way they treated him and kept him in the dark. Not the way a decent solicitors works, I'd avoid at all costs rather than let them loose with any kind of conveyancing work!
Efficient solicitors with excellent communication. I have used them on two occasions and will definitely use them again in future. The whole team are kind, considerate and very professional.
