Having compared multiple solicitors offices and pricing packages I decided to go with Pepperells. The process was kept simple from first telephone contact to finalization. The price for the work was fair without any upselling or hidden costs. Thamida could not have been more helpful. Everything was straightforward and explained in great detail. I came away confident that I had completed everything satisfactorily. Being able to meet locally was a bonus and the entire experience was quick, efficient and without any stress. I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Paid for advice and correspondence no correspondence was issued and the advice I took did not go well and then the advice changed and was not helpful at all take your money and bill you for letters they do not issue would definitely not use again or recommend at all

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
