We went to see Aimee Gill with regards to making a will and a lasting power of attorney. It was convenient that we could attend the appointments at the local branch. The whole process from start to finish was less complicated than expected and Aimee clearly explained all the aspects in simple terms. Communication throughout the process was excellent with regular updates. We would highly recommend Aimee to deal with wills and LPA’s. Thank you again for an excellent service.

We dealt with Natalie Goodge and Jack Burton at Banner Jones. Our property journey was very difficult selling our house in Devon went to contracts being drawn up 4 times. Chains kept breaking down over a period of nearly two years. Natalie and Jack were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and we would have no hesitation to recommend them.. They were a pleasure to deal with even though some of our buyers created their own challenges. They were very approachable and kept us fully informed even though the sale had to be aborted 3 times. And we lost a house and had to start searching again. Natalie was very tenacious when our final buyers started asking for an indemnity policy and Jack supported us all the way over 2 years. All advice was clear and easy to understand. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We would use again.

Banner jones is easily the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Especially Samuel Robinson, nothing has been too much trouble for him, even when I have rang with a million questions. From putting in the offer on a house to completion was only around 11 weeks and the process was so easy. If we got stuck on anything all we had to do was call and Samuel talked us through it until we understood. He was very respectful and kind that I had no worries telling him if I didn’t understand something, considering I have never done any of this before so was a complete novice, I think he got me through it pretty well !! So if you want a good value, hard working, honest and reliable conveyancing team, I would highly recommend giving Samuel a call. He will go above and beyond for you and get things done as quick as he can for you. Thanks again Samuel and your team it was a pleasure working with you guys.

Engaged Banner Jones to do a simple deed transfer due to a breakup. Should have taken 6 weeks max. 8 MONTHS later, with lots of chasing and admittance of poor service, it was done. Am still waiting on a review as to why the service was so poor - specifically Josh Butler, and am still waiting for an apology for incompetence, unnecessary stress & anxiety. Have used many times in the past but NEVER again.
