    Conclusion of prolonged child matters

    Ongoing legal child matters, which were being continuosly revisited and relentless attempts made by my ex partner to change the Child Arrangement Order (CAO) - a live with father order was successfully desimated by Amber Parkinson & my barrister, Asher Shane in Court, resulting in a barring order successfully approved, blocking both parties from revisting court for several years. Amber Parkinson was exceptional in her legal advice & counsel and will have no hesitation in recommending her & the team at Wolferstans. Thank you so much. Myself, my wife and the children can finaly move on, in a blended family arrangement; building on and nourishing & nurting the children.

      I highly recommend using Pauline and Ed at Wolferstans for any house sale/ purchase, and recently have used them for the second time! Right from the off they were, quick, efficient and kept me in the loop at every stage. The use of the app was brilliant to be able to see what stage we were at. All forms were quick and easy to complete on line. The whole way through the sale and purchase process I felt reassured that they had my best interests at heart. If I had any queries, I knew somebody was always available to speak to. I cannot thank them enough.

      Unbelievable service

      I recently used Wolferstans Solicitor’s to sell my mum’s house and the experience was so easy. The whole process took ten weeks from start to finish albeit with no chain, my son had a similar scenario last year with a different solicitor and the process took over five months. You don’t just get a solicitor, you get a legal team each one helping and guiding you through the conveyance process which is great when you’re unsure of certain steps. I would recommend Wolferstans and would not hesitate to use them again.

      My husband and I worked with Jenny Carter on a contentious dispute. We have nothing but praise for her throughout the experience. We found her polite, friendly and sympathetic as well as easy to talk to and very customer focused. Exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable on her specialty and a very good communicator. Any communication was handled quickly and we always had a rapid, comprehensive response to any questions raised.
