After approaching the Lanyon Bowdler reception regarding family law l was swiftly greeted by Staci Robinson. I had a short discussion with her and felt a huge weight had been lifted, I was put at ease very quickly. She was extremely professional when gathering all of the relevant information whilst continuing to make me feel valued. Staci ensured that I was aware that my case would not be quick, she was upfront and honest throughout. Staci and her team were always in contact with me through the duration of the 12months that my case took. My case was for visitation of my two children which were being withheld from me. At first instance I did not know my rights as a father and waited a long time before reaching out to Lanyon Bowdler. My advice to anyone reading this that’s in a similar position get in touch with Lanyon Bowdler ASAP when facing these issues. My case could have been a lot quicker if I knew what I do now which is all thanks to Staci and her team. I would also like to add that both the receptions I dealt with in Hereford were approachable, friendly and extremely helpful.

Have used this company three times. First time for a house sale and purchase and service was OK. Second time for advice on daughter's divorce. Paid £360 for a 30 min chat that was totally useless and unhelpful. Final and last time was for another house sale and purchase and experienced a mixture of carelessness and incompetence - wrong documents, wrong cost figures, wrong insurance policy sold etc etc.. Never again . Avoid

As a first-time buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but Saffia and Eloise at Lanyon Bowdler were amazing throughout the whole process. They were always friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. They explained everything clearly and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much easier. I always felt supported and kept informed. I can't thank them enough for all their help and would highly recommend Lanyon Bowdler, especially to anyone buying their first home!

They were recommended by another solicitor for specialist probate work. They never returned my call, obviously not interested in new business at the moment. It would have been polite to just say they're too busy rather than promise to have a lawyer ring back then not ring.

I’ve used Saffia Keegan twice now once for purchase and once for selling. I can’t believe how fast and efficient she is - I have dealt with other solicitors in the past with no response for weeks which can be really frustrating. Saffia and Heloise are both really quick to respond and just get to the point very quickly. She made the process so easy and everything was done online - no messing about back and forth with papers getting lost. In 2025 this is the way things should be done! Thank you so much Saffia & Lanyon Bowdler team. I will never use anyone else! Highly recommend 😊
